Terms and Conditions

Quality Age Build provides residential and commercial construction services, including but not limited to:

• Foundation Repair
• Underpinning & Bench Footings
• Home Addition Foundations
• Laneway Suite Foundation Construction
• Full-Service Excavation
• Exterior and Interior Waterproofing
• French Drains and Drainage Solutions
• Sump Pump and Backwater Valve Installations
• Dumpster Rental (short-term construction waste disposal)
• A written agreement outlining the project scope, pricing, and estimated timelines will be provided for each service engagement.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may vary based on site inspection or unforeseen structural or soil conditions.
• Change orders must be approved in writing by both parties.
• A deposit may be required prior to the start of work. Full payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing unobstructed and safe access to the work area
• Relocating vehicles or outdoor objects that may hinder operations
• Obtaining required permits unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract
• Providing accurate property information before work begins
• Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., unprepared sites, unsafe conditions) may result in rescheduling fees or project delays.

All invoices are due as outlined in your project agreement. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. In cases where payment is delayed beyond 30 days, we reserve the right to pause or cancel services and may refer outstanding invoices to a collections agency. Continued access to services may also be restricted until the account is brought up to date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any refund is subject to the terms of your signed service agreement and may include deductions for materials ordered or work completed to date.

Bins are provided for non-hazardous construction waste only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Paints, solvents, fuel, propane tanks
• Asbestos or hazardous materials
• Biomedical or chemical waste
• Tires, batteries, and electronics

Overfilled bins (above wall height) may result in a $50 leveling fee or refusal of pickup. Bin rental includes 7 days, with additional time billed at $20/day or $100/week.

On-site relocation of bins may incur a $100 hook fee.

Estimated timelines are subject to weather, site conditions, and permit approvals. Quality Age Build is not liable for delays caused by conditions outside our control.

We will communicate all significant changes to timelines and require written client approval for scope adjustments.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of service and will be clearly stated in your contract. Our warranties typically cover defects in workmanship and materials but do not apply to damages resulting from neglect, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or external environmental conditions.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary municipal permits are secured, unless otherwise agreed. If inspections are required by city officials or engineers, the client must coordinate or provide access as needed.

We take every precaution to minimize property damage, including use of ground protection when applicable.

Quality Age Build is not liable for pre-existing structural weaknesses, underground obstructions not disclosed in advance, or damages resulting from poor soil conditions. In the event of client-requested placement of equipment or dumpsters in risky areas, a damage waiver may be required.

With the client’s consent, Quality Age Build may photograph completed work for use in its project portfolio or marketing materials. No personal information or address will be disclosed. Clients who do not wish for their property to be photographed must notify us in writing prior to project completion.
